See before and after cart pages.  In sum, the Continue button was below the fold during checkout causing a LARGE percentage of people not to continue through process.  My wife and President, pointed this issue out the first day, but it was ignored by all parties, other than me who added it to the list to get done.  She is going to be soooo pissed!  Also, there was no way to "view cart" once you were in the cart.  Hopefully tomorrow will be better.  They also think the fancy java script for size/color pulldown is causing some problems. We will be reverting.  Good news is that conversion rates should double if these things fix the problem.  Thanks everyone for all your help and support.
