Hello Scott,
I just recieved my Evolution jacket. It's great and I love the thought and detail put into the jacket. I have some possible suggestions to improve it - here goes:
1)On the sleves, add some elastic so you can get in and out of them even when they are closed down. Many jackets I have had, had this feature.
2)Rubber zip pulls. I noticed the small pulls on this jacket do not always lie flat or where you want them to be. Sometimes the zippers are not as easy to operate as I would like.
3)Ventilation - pit zips would be nice.
4)Finished interior seems of pockets - I catch my keys on the fraying ends of seams. I have a jacket from Echoroba (Korean) that has zero exposed seams anywhere including pockets.
5)Clear slot on the back for solar panel (or just a way to attach one) - now all your electronics can charge while you are outside! This can also be implemented with a hidden pocket/pullout - much like on a tactical jacket rear pullout panel.
