You know what would round out your women's items nicely? A maternity panel to match the jacket/vest. It would have zippers to mate with those on the jacket so it could be inserted and removed as needed. Maybe with an opening that would let you wear a baby in a carrier on your front too, although this could be achieved by not zipping the insert all the way up and folding it down into the jacket.
I turned down one of the women's jackets last year as a Christmas gift from my husband because I was pregnant, and what was the point in getting something I couldn't wear or play with for at least a year? More than a year really, since this baby wants to be worn all the time.
