Hello,
Admit it, we all have a considerable innergeek otherwise we wouldn't be here, it's an appreciation for all things small and powerful with extra features, sadly though people also like to steal these things.
My place of work has had 14 iPods stolen in the last three weeks and I just got a Milan and an Archos AV500 (which to the well informed theif is nicer). ANYWAY there's a point to all this:

We're techies
We like expensive stuff
Thiefs like to take our nice stuff
I don't like them doing that

So for a jacket designed for the ipod generation could we get a pocket that has two zips like a suitcase has so we could put a combination padlock through their pullers. Hopefully preventing my pockets being pinched so easily.

I'm sure there are easier solutions but this is pretty cheap to implement I imagine. Hope you can incorparate this sometime.

If you're feeling adventurous, you might be able to add this feature yourself.

You can add eyelets or small grommets to either side of a zipper just below where the zipper stops when closed. Then you can pass the hasp of a small luggage lock through the holes and through the loop at the base of the zipper pull, locking all three tightly together.

You can purchase kits for adding eyelets at many sewing supply stores. Such kits often include the eyelets and a crimp-tool thing for setting them in place.

Evenif you can't get the luggage lock through the zipper pull, the small size of the loop on a luggage lock can make it impossible to slide the zipper itself through, locking it firmly in place.
