How big is the laptop pocket

Hi i have had a look around and watch and read the reviews, but i can not find out how big the laptop pocket is can ypu tell me the largest size laptop that will fit into the pocket.
I know its not recommended to carry a laptop like that, but i am interested in the tactical 4.0 system and want to know if the fleece has a pocket for a laptop and what size that will fit to. I want to be able to carry just a jacket when i need to go some where in a hurry instead of carrying a laptop seperately or packing it into a bag.

The fleece doesn't have a pocket large enough for a laptop, and the Tactical has a back pocket that is large enough for almost any current laptops on the market but it is not a preferred method for carrying laptops for any length of time, due to the weight. Regarding duties, you will need to inquire with UPS to determine that. It varies greatly by country and I know it is not cheap.
